I am trying to change the "Send report to" email on our account. I select another email that is already verified and click save; however, when I return to that page, my email is still listed. How can I change this permanently?
I took a peek at your account and can see exactly what you are talking about. I'm sorry to hear this notification change is not saving as it should! We have seen this happen in cases where the schedule of your survey response notification is set to "No Report". I would suggest selecting a scheduled time for these notifications. Once you do this you should be able to save the new email address you have chosen.
