I have subscribers with @az.gov email addresses that were manually added, then immediately suspended. I'm seeing the same thing happen with federal email addresses like @ihs.gov, @azdes.gov. Can you help me troubleshoot this issue, as these subscribers are legitimate addresses.
I am sorry to hear you are having delivery issues with some of your contacts that are marked as suspended. In order to effectively troubleshoot this issue, it'd be best for you to contact our support team, they will have the ability to unblock these suspended email addresses for you.
