Several attempts to send a test (and full) email of a draft newsletter failed—despite CC TELLING me in an email that it WAS sent. Plus, the phone number of my "expert" was a non-working number. Not exactly a good way to start a relationship.
Thank you for reaching out to the Community about your emails! I apologize you are not receiving your test emails. Have you checked your Spam/Junk Folder or even your Promotions Folder if you are using a Gmail address? I took a peek at your account and was able to receive test emails of your two most recent campaigns. Are you sending to a role address? Are you having this same experience if you send a test to a different email?
Emails sometimes are not delivered due to email content or subject line. Sending a blank email with a simple subject line is a quick way to see if the email is being blocked due to content. We also
our Deliverability Specialists available by phone. These support agents can help look further into this email address or any email campaigns you may not be receiving.
