Making them into their own list is probably easiest if you're wanting to send from inside Constant Contact. If you want to export them as they are though, I can definitely help with that!
1: In your contacts page, scroll down to the lower left, and open the 'tag' that you want to download.
2: Click the checkbox next to 'name' at the very top of the contacts view, this will select all of them.
3: Click 'Export' (near the top of the email column) and then choose what contact information you want.
4: Choose 'activity' at the very top of the contacts page.
5: Download your Excel or CSV file there.
