Im looking to create a pivot table in excel by each campaign, with the different statuses of the emails, as well as a pivot table by tags. Im trying to make reports that will make it easier to track the people who have always answered, never answered etc and remove anything thats not necessary.

 

I created a tag for each campaign( which took a long while) and status, when I export the tag though, it is not in a form I can use.

 

Is there any way to generate each campaigns info without making tags, automatically divided by the status? 

 

And is there a way to delete all tags at once?

 

It takes a very long time for everything to update, is there a way to speed up the process?

 

If anyone knows of a way that I can go about this process in a timely fashion, please let me know.

Hi @ReuvenR!

 

Thank you for coming to the Community with these questions. I definitely understand how having this information readily available can help keep you on top of managing your contacts. I cannot speak to actually creating a pivot table but to answer your questions:

 

While we do not provide a cumulative report for each campaign you are able to export the different statuses to .CSV files.

 

On the Reporting tab, click on the number that corresponds with a specific status (i.e. Open Rate). This will generate the report for every unique open per email address. When the page loads you will see an “Export” button in the top right of the page. This will create a spreadsheet for that particular status. You will have to generate a spreadsheet for each status but once you have a file for each you could then combine them into tables on a single spreadsheet. I do understand this is a manually process and I would be happy to pass feedback to our developers based on your feedback.

 

Additionally, there is no bulk process to delete tags. They will have to be removed one by one. I have submitted this feedback to our developers as well.
