Thank you for reaching out to the Community about your templates! Sorry to hear you're unable to find your templates. Template can be found by selecting Email after clicking the Create button found on the Home or Campaigns tab of your account.
Are these the steps you've taken to find your templates? If so, are you receiving any error messages or a blank page? I would also suggest trying in a different browser or a private/incognito window. Please let us know if testing your browser has helped!
