We send out regular newsletters to our customers every month and I find it easy to just copy the previous one and plug in the new information. Well recently I've noticed that different templates come with different patterned backgrounds, for example there is one template that has access to a striped background yet the template I copy over on every month does not have that one available for me to use. Is there a reason for this and is there anyway we can access all the patterns? I like to switch it up from month to month, but I don't want start over with a new template just to have access to different patterns. Thanks.
That is a great question! As you have found, not all of our patterns are available on all of our templates. I highly suggest leaving this as feedback for our developers by clicking “Have Feedback” at the bottom of your Constant Contact homepage.
You can access a number of patterns while you are editing your email. Simply go to the “Design” tab while you are editing your email. Here you will see the current pattern on the campaign. Simply click “Change Pattern” to access the other available patterns. Click Here for more info.
