I am so sorry to hear you were having issues with the website. According to our status page (which you can always check here to see if we are experiencing any technical difficulties), the site was operating normally on Friday. Most of the time when these issues arise, they can be resolved by either trying a different browser than the one you were using, or by closing and reopening the browser you were working in. You can also click here to see an article that talks about clearing your cache and cookies in whichever browser you may be using. Please keep in mind we only recommend this as a last resort option because it may affect your saved passwords or information on other websites besides Constant Contact.
