I apologize that you are running into an issue where your saved templates are not displaying a thumbnail. I have searched our system and it appears that this is a known issue. That said, there is a workaround.
You can go into one of your saved templates that is not displaying a thumbnail and make a copy of it. Rename that copy and schedule it to a list that just contains your email address. Once that email has been sent, you will be able to save it as a new template. Click Here for more information on that process. Once you have saved that email as a template the thumbnail should reappear. Repeat this process for any other templates where the thumbnail is missing.
