Thumbnails of My Templates no longer appearing

Hi. We have three saved message templates in the "My Templates" group for our account. For the past few weeks or even months, one of them was displayed with a "Thumbnail Not Available" message, and now a second message is shown that way, too. We would like to have the thumbnail view of each template back again.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community!

 

I apologize that you are running into an issue where your saved templates are not displaying a thumbnail. I have searched our system and it appears that this is a known issue. That said, there is a workaround.

 

You can go into one of your saved templates that is not displaying a thumbnail and make a copy of it. Rename that copy and schedule it to a list that just contains your email address. Once that email has been sent, you will be able to save it as a new template. Click Here for more information on that process. Once you have saved that email as a template the thumbnail should reappear. Repeat this process for any other templates where the thumbnail is missing.

Thanks, Evan. The workaround you proposed will likely be sufficient, although I hope that the issue with disappearing thumbnails gets resolved at some point.
