I had set something to go out at 8am but at 7:30 it already had been sent. We wanted to change this and still had 30 minutes. This timing really created some issues.

I took a look at your account and see that the email was scheduled for 8am and sent fully at 8:03am. Could this be related to the timezone you are in? I see your account is set for EST but your address is located in Texas which would be one hour behind EST. Could this be what happened?
