Tracking optimal date and time to send by contact list
My contact lists are made up of very different audiences. I'd like a know the best date and time to send emails to each list. I know each email provides a date/time stamp for everyone in the Open Rate report, but I would like a chart that summarizes it. Or ideally, a report that tracks open days/times for all emails sent to my "Alumni" List, and another report for my "Student" list.
Though we have our segment tool that can help filter contacts who are on a particular list and have opened an email in the time-frame you select, it does not show the time stamps. I apologize the ability to do both is not a feature that is currently available. It's a great feature request we have submitted to our Developers on your behalf. As a workaround you can export the open reporting and manually separate them by list. "Email Lists" is one of the contact details available in these open report exports.
