Normally, after hitting "Next" it takes you to the dashboard/homepage of the account. If this is not the next page you saw:

If this is the page you saw then have no worries, you're in the right place! Your account is created and you can continue setting it up. If you want additional help setting up your account and getting familiar with the program you can check out our Help Center or reach our Support line at 1-855-225-1276. They are open between 7AM-11PM EST Monday through Thursday and 7AM-9PM EST Friday.
