Dear Sir/Madam, After trialing your system I have now subscribed but for some reason I cannot access the Card or Announcement option. We have a critical email program due out this coming Monday and our graphics designer cannot do the necessary work Please resolve urgently and advise me Kind Regards Alan Yardley
Thanks for posting, I am sorry to hear you are having trouble! I see you were able to get into chat last night for help, were they able to resolve this for you? It sounds like you were clicking to create a new campaign and the page wasn't loading. If this is still the case please let us know what browser and version you are working in when this happens? Also, it would be a good test to try working in another browser if you have one installed.
