I had the same problem with one of my subscribers. After almost two years of trying to get her back on my lists I believe the problem has been solved. Here's what I recommend. Ask your IT person to run a test of your subscriber's email to make sure that it is accepting your emails. Once the test has shown it to be OK, you should be able to select that person from your list and then select the list(s) where you want him included. Best of luck! Tamlyn
