Ever since the new rollout I am unable to insert a PDF into a mailing where it's displayed within the page. Even tried to create a html link within the page displaying as an iframe, and no luck. Once the document is uploaded there is no option to insert.
I have tried this on Chrome, FireFox, IE, and Safari, and on other computers. No luck as the new tools do not work.
Hello @BarbaraH418. I'm sorry that your PDF isn't displaying in your email. When you use our PDF uploader, it will only create an image of the first page of your PDF. For your PDF, you have multiple pages. If you wanted each page of the PDF to appear in the email, you would have to upload each page as a PNG or JPG image. There are some websites that would be able to convert your PDF pages into images. Were you getting any errors when you were trying to upload it?
