I am unable to download contacts list from Doterra. They have told me several times that it can not be done. I was wondering if I could stop my constant contact and possibly get a refund since I have never used it? I think it is a great service but doesnt work for my company. Thank You, Toni Holland
We're sorry to see you go! Because it is more than 30 days after your first payment we are not able to provide a refund (as explained in the User Terms & Conditions you agreed to when signing up for your account). Please call Billing Support to speak with a representative who can assist you with cancelling your account.
