Unable to download

Hello, I am unable to download a PDF version of the last email campaign I sent out - Grapevine 8/18. Are you able to help with this?

Hi @hgilman!

 

I'm very sorry you were not able to get that download to work for you. It does look like an issue that our developers are aware of. It happens with longer emails sometimes. The recommendation we have is to open up the Download page for your particular newsletter, and switch the file type to PNG (or one other than the file type you'd like to download). When that one loads up (whether or not it fails), if you switch the file type to PDF, it will load in and be able to be downloaded. I will add you to a list that will be notified when the issue is fixed. Thank you for your understanding, and do let us know if you have any further questions.
