I would like a refund. The email creation is great and user friendly. However, my excel spreadsheets are not able to be admitted into your system smoothly. I don't want to spend hours modifying all the information. Please help me with a simple solution or refund my account.
I am sorry to hear of the trouble you are having! We haven't heard of any importing issues recently so I would be happy to look at the specifics of your account. Can you let me know more about what is happening? Are you seeing errors when you import? What changes are you having to make to get the file to import into the account?
