Thank you for reaching out about the banner at the top of your account. Due to the large increase of contacts on your account, you will need to contact our List Review team before you are able to send anything from your account. While this isn't something that we can assist with via the Community, they will be able to get you taken of quickly so that you can get back to sending yourself tests normally!
