Unable to receive verification emails for send-from and reply-to emails?
I have been trying to add new emails to my account so that I can change the sent-from and reply-to fields in the emailer. When trying to add the new emails, there is a prompt to say that the email needs to be verified first. However, I have been unable to receive any verification emails from Constant Contact, and there are no emails in the spam/junk folders either.
Kindly advise the next course of action, thank you.
I am sorry to hear that you are having an issue verifying that email address. This is something that I would be happy to assist with! Please send an email to social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com from the email address that you are trying to verify. Please also include your Constant Contact username and a reference to this post. Once we receive that email we'll be able to manually verify that email address for you.
