Unable to verify email address and ZERO support from CC
I've been trying to have CC help me verify an email address called media@
I tried calling three times yesterday, once in the morning, once in the afternoon, and one late afternoon. I've also been calling at least once a week over the past 6-8 weeks. CC's told me they'd email or call me about the issue, but I have received ZERO responses from them.
I apologize for the experience you've had verifying this email address. Though media@ addresses are considered to be a role address, I want to help you get through to support since manually verifying an address requires a phone call. In fact we have followed up with contact address on your account. Please keep an eye out for our email!
