Utilizing a pop-up page that does not allow me to continue with re-scheduling an e-mail blast makes me annoyed and having to give serious thought to finding another deployment company. I try to "resend" a previous campaign and I am brought to your "new product" page, with no way to minimize it or close it. Not a smart idea on your part.

I am sorry to hear that you are having issues proceeding with re-scheduling that email. I sure do hope that you were able to resend that email. Any popup that you experience on our site should be able to be closed by clicking the x icon on the top side of the popup. If you are not seeing this icon then I would suggest trying to resend that campaign in a different web browser. If you are able to close the popup on the other browser then I would suggest closing your default browser entirely and restarting. This should clear that issue right up! If it does not then I suggest clearing your cache as a last resort. Click Here for more information on that process.
