Dear Constant Contact: It is not possible to Unsubscribe a contact while using a Chrome internet browser. I have to open Internet Explorer and log in to Constant Contact to Unsubscribe the contact. This issue has been ongoing since I began using Constant Contact 6 years ago. Do you have a timeline for fixing this bug?
Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I apologize that you are experiencing this issue and we would love to figure out why you are unable to unsubscribe a contact in your browser. We unfortunately do not have a time frame for when this will be fixed but I will be more than happy to track your feedback so you will be notified when it is. The work around this in Chrome is to enable advanced permissions and import the contact to the unsubscribed list.
