Several of our members have accidentally unsubscribed to our mailing list. Some have tried to resubscribe but have not been added to the account. Please add back the following:  Thank you.

Thank you for reaching out to us about this. We have sent you an email with an answer to your response, but also wanted to post it here too.

Due to anti-SPAM laws, we are unable to manually change opt-in status for your contacts. But don't worry! If the contact wants to be on your list again, you can ask them to resubscribe through these methods:

If the signup form is not working for you, by far, the easiest work around is the Text to Sign Up option. This is a feature included in your subscription to Constant Contact. This FAQ walks you through setting this up on your account:

If this fails to add them back I would recommend calling in to customer support so that we may troubleshoot the address and see why it's not going back on your list. The direct line to support is 866-289-2101.

If you have a Constant Contact sign-up form on your website, the contact can simply use it to opt-in again. Not sure? Here's some more info on the website sign-up form:

You can also send the contact a link to your Join-My-List form using your regular email address.

 To find the sign-up link, you can go to "Contact Growth Tools," and then click the 'Actions" button by the sign-up form you want the link for. Choose the option to "Form URL" and you will find the full URL which you can copy and paste.

After clicking the link, please make sure your contact completes the most important step: click the "Update Profile" link in the Update Profile email. This FAQ goes into further detail on how this process works:
