We removed a customer that asked to be unsubscribed, but he keeps receiving emails from us--resulting in us receiving an auto-responder from his address. When we search the database to delete him "again" he isn't there. Why is he still getting our email blasts?? Please Help, thanks.
This is an interesting situation. In order to look into this more we will need some additional information. Can you forward the autoresponse you recived to social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com. Include the contact information for this person and the username on your Constant Contact account. Please reference this post as well so we can let you know what we find.
