I've recently learned that a group of contacts have been suspended due to their server identifying the emails being sent as spam. They're working with their IT people to have this lifted, however, they're listed now as suspended in constant contact. How do I go about lifting the suspension so that I can still send to them?
I am sorry to hear that several of your email addresses have been suspended but it sounds like you’ve already taken steps to help prevent this from happening again. Our Deliverability department would be best team to help clear the bounces on these suspended contacts.
