When I try to upload pictures to my library on my computer it says “uploading 1 file” and “0%” it won’t load, just stays like that while it’s working. I can upload on other computers. I’ve cleaned the cache and cleaned my computer. This started yesterday. I was able to upload over the weekend. Any ideas?
Hello and thank you for reaching out to The Community. We’re sorry you’ve been experiencing this. We’d be happy to see if we can find out what may be happening. Are you seeing any error message at all during the attempt to upload? Or have you tried to upload using a different web browser or even a different internet connect/network? And if you had (or could take) any screen shots of what you are seeing this can also be very helpful to determine what is going on.
