Using the trial period but can't having problems

It asks for an email address, I entered one, it said it would use the same email for both from and to, then says "enter email error" when a correct email was entered. No help feature that I can see.. Would really like to purchase something that allows me to send nice celebration emails (Happy Holidays, etc.) but can't figure out how to use this.

Were you attempting to change the email address used as the from and reply-to to something other than the email address you signed up with? In order for any other email address to be used it would first have to be verified. This video will walk you through how to do that, so hopefully that will help get you started so that you can change the email address and begin sending your campaigns. If after verifying the email address you're still receiving an error when trying to change it please let us know so we can take a look and make sure everything is running smoothly for you.
