Have entered our Email Address twice into the verification tab, but still haven't received the same.

Thank you for reaching out to us through the Community. I am sorry to hear that you are not able to receive the verification email. Upon reviewing your account, I noticed that you have role addresses within the account waiting to be verified. Constant Contact does not send emails to role addresses, but we suggest that you use personal email addresses as there will be less issues with deliverability and verification. For more information on role addresses, please click here

 

Also, if you are still wanting to verify your role address, you can reach out to our Support team and they will be able to assist you since they will need to go through account sensitive information that we cannot process within the Community due to security reasons.
