Very unimpressed with your customer support

I'm trying to find out why so many of the recipients on my contact lists are not receiving the emails I am sending through my Constant Contact account. The wait time for customer service is 30+ minutes and there is no other way to email my questions as the chat icon does nothing. I'd like someone to get back to me with information asap.

There are a number of reasons why someone may not be receiving your email. Perhaps the email bounced or there is a blocking issue. We would be happy to help you determine what may be happening to these contacts. If you would like, you can send an email to social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com with your Constant Contact username, an explanation of the issue you are experiencing and a reference to this post. We will reply to that email and reach out to you if necessary. Next, you could try giving us a call again to address your issue. Click Here for our contact information.
