WHEN BOUNCED EMAILS ARE REMOVED. NOT TO MAKE THEM UNSUBSCRIBED

I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY WHEN YOU REMOVE A BOUNCED EMAIL THAT YOU MARK IT UNSUBSCRIBED.     NOW I HAVE NO IDEA WHO ELECTED TO UNSUBSCIBE OR IF THEY SHOW UP THAT WAY BECAUSE THEY BOUNCED.

WE HAVE NO WAY NOW OF DETERMINING "INTEREST CHECK"      DID THEY OPT OUT OR DID WE DO IT BECAUSE THE EMAIL WAS WRONG.   NO WAY OF TELLING ?????

Re: WHEN BOUNCED EMAILS ARE REMOVED. NOT TO MAKE THEM UNSUBSCRIBED

Hi @OTAS

You are correct that removing your bounced emails cause them to be marked as unsubscribed. I can completely understand why you would need to be able to see which unsubscribed contact actually unsubscribed or is a deleted bounce. I apologize this isn't a feature we currently provide. We are always looking for ways to improve our user's experience, so I would be happy to submit this request over to the appropriate teams on your behalf. In the meantime, you do have the option to export the list of bounces as a copy you can save for reference of bounced unsubscribes. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
