We'll be happy to help as best we can.  I do need a little bit more information about what went wrong though.  Please email us with what webinar you signed up for, the name, date, and time would be perfect!  Just send that to social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com along with a reference to this post, and we'll be happy to look into it for you.  If you happen to have any confirmation emails, you could forward one of those to us as well and that should make things much easier to track down.
