I have tried to log in several times over the last 2 weeks and I receive an error to try back later. I am running a business and find it cumbersome to try to complete a task when I cannot access software that I pay for each month. I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble logging in. Making sure you have access to your software is important to us. For the sake of troubleshooting, What browser are you using? Are you on a home network or an office network? Have you tried logging in with a different computer or browser and does the problem persist?
