Whayam I being billed both $35 per ont and $45 per month
I took a look at your account and see that you've been billed for September and October, $45 each month. I don't see a charge for $35, do you have a second account? To learn more about suspending it would be best to call our billing team directly, they will be happy to help. They are available Monday-Friday, 7am-9pm EST.
