I hope this email finds you well. As the director of communications for the public agency I work for, I am a primary user/manager of our Constant Contact account. I've noticed lately that the emails I deploy are ending up in recipients' Spam/Junk folder. This defeats the purpose of sending Constant Contact releases. Do you know why this is happening, and what can be done to correct it?
There are several things that can cause emails to be delivered to Spam/Junk instead of the Inbox upon delivery. From Content/html programming, to spam filter settings on servers.
We work with IT departments to overcome these issues so that you have a high success rate with you email campaigns.
The best thing to do would be to contact us, our Deliverability specialists can look into this further and resolve most of these issues.
