Hi Dennis. I am sorry you're having trouble getting into your account during your prime working hours. I would like to look into your access issues further but I do need to gather a bit more information from you to help troubleshoot. What time of day were you trying to access your account? Did you experience the same issue in different browsers? Did you receive any error messages?
