Well I have been dealing with the fact you are down for maintenance almost every day during my prime working hours - but now I cannot get in to work at all and support is unavailable.

says you are up and A-OK - you are not
When I go to support/help page
and try to CHAT it tells me it is not available
So I look at phone support and see THAT YOU HAVE NONE ON THE WEEKENDS

I would like to look into your access issues further but I do need to gather a bit more information from you to help troubleshoot. What time of day were you trying to access your account? Did you experience the same issue in different browsers? Did you receive any error messages?
Although we do not offer phone support on weekends, you can post to the Community and receive assistance.
We have not received any reports of our site being down. What exactly are you experiencing? Are you having slowness, or seeing any error messages? What browser are you using? If you have not yet tested your account through a different browser or a private/incognito window, we suggest taking this troubleshooting step! Doing this allows us to see if there are 3rd party add-ons that could affect how Constant Contact works.
