Why do you bill for 0 activity?

Please review your billing for Feb and March. I should not be billed for ZERO activity. This is more like a Constant Cheating Scheme.

Re: Why do you bill for 0 activity?

Hello @AtanasioL,

Thank you for reaching out to the community!

Constant Contact is a subscription-based service similar to your cell phone, with the exception of any contract. The service is billed based on the number of contacts stored in your account from 0-500 contacts and up in a tiered system and will continue to bill unless you call to cancel or suspend your account. The terms of this service can be easily found here. If you would like someone to explain this over the phone you are welcome to give our billing department a call. Their contact information can be found here.

Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you.
