If not, please try that and reach back out to us. I am having the same issue! Both yesterday and today and I am using the same browser I have always used to access my Constant Contact account.....SUPER frustrating when you are trying to get something done for your boss!
UPDATE: I tried a different browser and it FINALLY worked! So strange!

I'm having the same issue! All of the sudden PDFs wont load at all. I tried switching to a different browser as suggested and it worked. BUT now I'm supposed to work in Firefox and then to switch over to Safari to upload docs and then go back to Firefox to work?!!
Totally unacceptable - I don't know what happened, but please correct this asap!

If you could send an email to communitysupport(at)constantcontact(dot)com with your username and the PDF that is giving you this issue, I would be glad you do some further research.
I have had this same issue trying to upload a PDF for the past two days while using Firefox. This is the same computer, same browser and same network that I used to upload countless docments in the past. The upload feature works just fine for photos (jpeg, phg, etc.) It's just the PDF documents that I cant get to load. I'm hopeing that your updates will help with this.

I'm having the same issue with uploading pdf's using Firefox. I switched over to Chrome and got the pdf uploaded, but still won't work with Firefox. If there's a way to notify me when you get it resolved, I would greatly appreciate it.
