Thanks for reaching out to us today! I have reached out to our next level support on this one and they gave us a few things to try. Generally, it seems that when this issue crops up, there is a timezone in one of the areas that may be set incorrectly. I would recommend checking both your computer and your Wordpress settings. It looks like this issue may be originating on the Wordpress side, so I would definitely recommend checking their support section for the plugin if the problem persists.
