I am new here. Just sent out my first two emails. I got two unsubscribes for the reason "I did not sign up for this". They both did. I reached out to them to clarify why they were getting it. At least one of the two is willing to change his reason. How can this be fixed?

That's a great question. While there isn't a way to adjust the unsubscribe reason within Constant Contact, the contact can certainly resubscribe to your contact list should they choose to. Here are the instructions to do that. I will certainly submit your feedback about adjusting the reason within the system.
