Hi there, We used to pay yearly but I no longer see this option. Did we receive a notice of this changing? Is it possible to manage yearly?

That's a great question! Where were you looking for this payment option? The good news is being able to prepay your account for a full year is still an available feature. In fact prepaying your account will also give you a 15% discount. If you have any further questions or are in need of assistance with this, please call into our Billing Support directly. For your account security we are unable to make any updates to your billing here in the Community.
