You lost hours of my work

I've been using cc for years. I know how it works. I sent a preview for mobile to check my email, and 80% of it was gone. I had just saved the whole thing. What gives? I don't expect help, just want you to know that somethings wrong and it cost me. Sincerely,

system keeps shutting down on me

Hello,

The email system as I'm trying to the build the email ha failed multiple times today, approx 11 already. It's very hard to keep my work flow steady and save time. Although I am saving every time I write I sentatence it is too much. Please help, this has been happening more and more when I use CC and I've been a happy subscriber for years!!! I really don't want to switch programs or service but my work load is more now than making it easier for me. 

 

Help! BTW my internet is great and I have no computer problems otherwise.

I am sorry to hear that our system is shutting down on you. It is important to be able to create your email seamlessly and I have a couple things that I would suggest trying. First, please try using Constant Contact in a different web browser. If you find that this is a better experience then this may be browser related. To check and see if that is the case; please try clearing your cache on the original browser that you were working in. Click Here for instructions.
