SEVERAL TIMES DURING THE COURSE OF THE DAY I GET THIS MESSAGE WITH A LARGE PICTURE OF A TOOL BOX.. PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY THIS KEEPS HAPPENING...

I am sorry to hear that you are receiving this error message. What are you doing in your account when this message displays? The first thing that I suggest is trying to work in Constant Contact on a different browser. If you do not see this issue on the other browser then there may be some sort of caching issue with the original browser. If that's the case you may want to consider clearing your cache.
