I'm very sorry that the chat feature hasn't been working for you. We would like to help troubleshoot the issue; can you answer a few technical questions for us?

Do you have any plug-ins or extensions added in the Internet browser you are currently using? If so, try disabling those one by one, until you run out or find the one that allows you to chat.


If this was not a solution, what happens when you try to access Constant Contact from another Internet browser? Also, can you run an Internet speed test and let us know what the up/down/ping numbers are? It usually takes upwards of 2 MBPS to get the best experience from the site.
