Same issue just happened to me after i added more clients - i can no longer send and appears your support office is closed. annoying as needed to send out today.

Hi, We contacted on the number given. It was 1-339-222-5900. The support executive verified all our database as authentic and told us that the account will be active. He asked us to log out of the account and log back in. Still the same message shows in the dashboard and i am not able to send mails...
