Your list is growing??

I was in the process of creating my campaign. I created my list, designed my email...etc. However, I wanted to press the send button but it was hidden by an error message called "you list is growing " ? I tried contacting support however no replies. I need this solved urgently. What should I do??

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! That is a great question. When uploading a certain amount of contacts, that can place an automatic review on your account. I would suggest reaching out to our List Review team. You can click here for available hours and contact information. They do have available hours today, so you can contact them at your convenience!

Same issue just happened to me after i added more clients - i can no longer send and appears your support office is closed. annoying as needed to send out today.

 

The international support numbers and online chat are not working so no way to resolve.

is their an email address we can send customer care items too?

Hi, We contacted on the number given. It was 1-339-222-5900. The support executive verified all our database as authentic and told us that the account will be active. He asked us to log out of the account and log back in. Still the same message shows in the dashboard and i am not able to send mails...

We apologize that you received this message again, it is normal for this message to appear after you add new contacts. In order to start sending out your mailings, you will have to give our List Review team a call so that they can help you with your contacts, and the List Review team is open today. Thank you!
