My emails are going directly to spam. When I check via mail tester, I got the below msg Your message failed the DMARC verification

 

Please help

Your message failed the DMARC verification

When sending emails, my emails go directly to the spam. I check via mail tester and it is telling me that: 

Your message failed the DMARC verification
