Your plans and pricing have priced us right out of Constant Contact
We are a small church which really only uses CC for email. When we originally signed up we were able to add multiple users and each could log on with their on email and password. Since we signed up we have employees who no longer either work here or who use CC but they could not be deleted. I recently went to add a new user only to find I would need to be pushed into the Plus version which is extremely expensive.
We currently pay around $32.00 a month (we pre pay for the half year or year). The new email rate is $45 and Plus is $70. Even with prepay option and non profit discount it comes to $588 a year. We will not be renewing again and will be using. Your support rep was no help.
I'm very sorry that you had that experience with us, we try very hard to work with our customers to find a solution that works for them. I understand how you would need multiple users, and apologize that the feature is only available in our Plus program.
